MENS reads production order data directly from the company ERP.
This avoids all manual input errors.
Based on the characteristics of the production batch, it configures both the process parameters (minimum and maximum times, tolerances) and the machine parameters.
MENS continuously monitors the current operating parameters and status of each machine in the line.
It can monitor, for example, the temperature and humidity of an oven and whether or not the machine has failed.
If the current operating parameters deviate from the theoretical operating parameters of the machines in the line, MENS is able to signal this condition to the operators so that they can act on the system to restore correct operation.
The deviations are stored in logs and ensure complete traceability not only of the raw materials used and the semi-finished products, but also of all the operating parameters of the machines during production.
It measures processing times for each stage, current parameters, parts produced and rejected.
MENS is able to measure process KPIs so that the company can achieve continuous improvement based on objective evidence.
At the end of batch production, MENS is able to feed the relevant data back into the company's ERP, avoiding human error even at this last stage.
